4. Payment

Advance. All Cheque
/ Pay order / D.D. should
be made in favour of
“Healweal
Network Limited”
5. Objection/
Modification/ Cancellation
(i)
No objection will be
entertained after 7
days of the Publish/
Broadcast.
(ii)
Corrections/ Modification
in Ad, more then two
in a year are not permission
able.
(iii)
Order once given will
not be cancelled.
6. Healweal
Network Limited has the discretionary
power to reject, discontinue
any ad or website at
any point of time without
assigning any reason.
7. General
(i)
Jurisdiction: All disputes
are subject to Delhi
Jurisdiction.
(ii)
Rates, Terms and Conditions
are subject to change
